Angie formally served as secretary of the board and Co-Chair to the Screening committee and now an associateat Quayside, PAI. Many years ago i worked in 3 jobs that I painted with an airbrush or screen printing. I sadly stopped pursuing my dreams to be an artistis. God usually has his way, and after having cancer, I picked up the brush. To increase my knowledge and skills in art, I have taken the Milan Art Institutes Mastery Program online for a year, graduated, and became one of their Ambassadors. I did so because I believe in this program. It's the best education, with the best instructors and tools to help make my business a success!
I have learned or sharpened my skills in painting, draw, and create my own original art, but I have also learned, in so doing, confidence to keep thriving in my business through their great classes and community. They are a real family of Master Artists that's growing professional, successful artists. Check it out!! Follow the link bellow to get started.
I love painting with brushes, palette knives and an airbrush. I like fast painting or pours. I say, "Never be too detailed, not to slow my process to a crawl, but to have energetic, loose brush strokes & small details at the end." I enjoy paint drips for depth, and cool transparent-dark colors to warm colorful opaques to finish. I love mixing paint and preparing my canvases for a great composition. Just watching the paint pour , move and to transform from the chemicals & pigments reactions make a unique masterpiece.
I especially like impressionistic style paintings and some abstract- realism with a narrative that speaks to the heart & soul.
